- Goto the Support section to read about the latest issues with 1Safe.
- Free support and upgrades within 1 year of the time of purchase if you purchased 1Safe directly from us. If you purchased or received a copy of 1Safe in a bundle from someone other than us, then you are NOT entitled to free upgrades as it pertains to the 1Safe support policy.
- After one year from your purchase date, ongoing support and upgrades for 1Safe SBS are available for $69.99 a year.
- The process for getting your upgrade is to download the latest version of 1Safe SBS (i.e. the 90-day trial), install it, and then send us an email with the product serial id for BOTH the latest version and your initial purchase version of 1Safe. We will then send you info about if your upgrade is free or if you will have to purchase the $69.99 upgrade.
