CSA is shutting down

Colorado Software Architects, Inc (CSA) has shutting down and is currently in the process of liquidating. As of June 30th, 2008, the company will stopped selling its software to end users. In the liquidation process, we are selling our source code.

We would like to thank everyone that bought and used our software. All through the years we appreciated your support and wish that we could have kept going to be able to support you all in the future. However, it has no longer become financially feasible to do that. Rather than stagger along, we decided to shut down the company.

In the liquidation process we will be selling the source code of our software. The source code development tree is one branch for all of our software applications. So the source code is being sold in one package for all the applications we have developed (1Safe, vSERV, 1Disk.com).

We have spent millions of dollars developing the software. But since we are liquidating, the successful buyer of the source code will be able to get an exclusive copy of the source code for pennies on the dollar. Our asking price for the source code is $175,000.
